Last Friday we met with members of the Plunkett’s Pest Control team. This is a 3rd generation family owned business and has been serving customers for over 100 years. They serve commercial and residential customers in their pest control needs. They shared that they have technicians serving various locations throughout the US and that the those technicians know their community well which allows them to continue to market to the communities they serve. Plunkett’s offers 24 hour customer service and they pride themselves on being available to their customers when they are needed. Additionally, their technology has developed and allowed them to stay ahead in the market.
