Today we met with Heather and Makias Anderson with RE/MAX Reality. Both graduated from Austin High School and enjoy working in the community they were raised.

They took us through a new construction home that is currently on the market listed byJosh O’Malley with Counselor Realty of Rochester. Students walked through the home as if they were viewing the home as potential buyers. They were able to hear about all the intricacies of selling, buying, and looking at homes. Students additionally learned all about the process of becoming a realtor, how they earn profit on sales, and the expenses they have as well.

They shared that in their partnership they both bring strengths in different areas which allows them to divide tasks and be stronger together. They work hard to keep their family life and work life separate in order to thrive as a team. They were so informative!
