Alivia Hemry

About Me

Alivia Hemry is a junior at Austin High School who loves to travel and explore the world. Recently, she had an incredible opportunity to go on a school trip to Europe with her friends, where she practiced speaking Spanish in real-world settings. Outside of school, Alivia is actively involved in the Austin Packers swim and dive team, serving as both the social media manager and a class representative on the student council. She has been working at the YMCA for two years as a lifeguard and swim lesson instructor, as well as at the municipal pool and country club. These roles have allowed her to meet many new people and develop the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Although she has not yet decided on her future career path, Alivia joined this year's CEO program to make new connections throughout the city and explore what Austin has to offer.
